Guided brewery tour
iscover the hidden gems of our unique family brewery! A brewery visit with a guide is possible from Monday to Sunday.
BOOKING IN ADVANCE ALWAYS NECESSARY
The brewery visit costs € 18 pp. and takes approximately 2 hours. It includes:
- Guided tour of the brewery and the brand new Visitor Center
- Tasting of our beers + initiation 'pouring ritual of OMER.'
- A gift package for every visitor
English speaking guide only possible for groups with more than 10 people.
-16y = free when accompanied by a paying adult. When booking, please mention the number of children in the field 'comment'.
Refunds are not possible. Rebooking to a new date is possible, provided that the change is made before the start of the weekend in which the visit is planned.
During the visit there are a lot of stairs to overcome. Please take this into consideration.

Café De Sportwereld
Local café De Sportwereld reopened its doors on May 8, 2021, next to the brewery! Here you'll still find the authentic stained glass windows with the inscription 'Bieren Omer Vander Ghinste'. Taste all the Vander Ghinste beers together with some snacks, inside in the characteristic interior or outside on the terrace! No reservation needed.

BIKING & HIKING
Combine your brewery visit with a walking or cycling tour around the brewery? The ideal combination of effort and relaxation!
In collaboration with Tourism Leiestreek, we worked out an Omer Vander Ghinste walking (8.8 km) and cycling route (43 km). The routes were mapped out using junctions and can be downloaded below! A paper version is also available for free at our Visitor Center & Café De Sportwereld!
